My Review
I recently tried the Mr. Pen Oil Pastels 45-color set, and overall I like them. The color selection is nice, giving you plenty of options for creating colorful artwork. The pigments show up well on paper, and I found that the colors do not bleed, which helps keep artwork looking clean.
