Who Remembers Little Bunny Fufu? (Because I Do… and I Have Questions)
Who remembers Little Bunny Fufu?
You know.
That adorable little menace hopping through the forest…
Bopping field mice on the head.
Childhood was wild.
As I’m planning my newest sculpture — a bunny inspired by Little Bunny Fufu — I had to pause and ask:
Why were we all singing about tiny woodland assault so casually? 😂
And more importantly…
Why do I suddenly want to sculpt this chaotic fluffball?
The Inspiration: A Bunny With a Backstory
I’m creating a sculpture of Little Bunny Fufu — but not the sweet, innocent nursery wall version.
Oh no.
We’re leaning into:
- Slightly mischievous expression
- Mid-hop movement
- Maybe a few startled field mice nearby
- Possibly a dramatic “Good Fairy” energy looming somewhere
- Because if we’re going nostalgic, we’re going all in.

For Those Who Need a Memory Refresh…
Here are the lyrics we all apparently memorized as children:
Little Bunny Fufu
Little Bunny Fufu,
Hopping through the forest,
Scooping up the field mice
And bopping them on the head.Along came the Good Fairy,
And she said:
“Little Bunny Fufu,
I don’t want to see you
Scooping up the field mice
And bopping them on the head.I’ll give you three chances,
And if you don’t behave,
I’ll turn you into a goon!”(Repeat with two chances… then one chance…)
“I gave you three chances
And you didn’t behave,
Now I’m going to turn you into a goon!”Poof!
And just like that…

Little Bunny Fufu Sculpture – Bunny Art with a Mischievous Twist
I will be creating this bunny using DAS Air Dry clay and then painting him. I expect to share my version of this bunny within the next 2 weeks.
